Listening to the Talking Heads biography on audible ( freebie). It’s alright. I doubt it will go on to be mentioned in the same breath as Just Kids mind.
Consequently, I’ve been listening to them a fair bit of late. I don’t like them as much as I once thought I did. The good stuff is really, really good but a lot of their songs just aren’t hitting home as they once did. Fear Of Music has become my favourite album of theirs while others all have one or more tunes I’d happily skip on them, it’s one I still listen to all the way through.
That said, if a reunion was ever to be announced I’d definitely try get tickets.
