I've not read it all but from the reporting it sounds like our Poundshop Thatcher, Kier Starmer, might have lucked himself into good business. None of the red lines have been crossed (food standards, NHS etc) but in return he's got a hands off future tariffs agreement, Jaguar/Landrover will be able to sell cars again, and we can sell food products.
Yes, the US can sell their food and steel here, but they have to be to our standards, and lets face it, who the fuck is going to pay premium prices for their gear? And will any of their farms even rejig to keep cows in acceptable standards for the UK when they can sell their chemical shit in their own country?
I think the orange shit-gibbon was so desperate for an announcement he sold out his own industries for the photo op. It might have been good to get in first.
