Best bet, taxi to Busáras (central bus station) €10 max, likely less, then bus from there to airport. Very frequent, constant really. Run through the night.

I will say, the area around Busáras is dog rough, so wouldn't be straying far from the terminal. Not that you'd have any need to. The space itself is grand, modern and well policed.

Asked those at home this morning. Apparently all but impossible to get a taxi after a game at the Aviva. Best option is to walk to Busáras, Not far, takes about 15 minutes and a large crowd will be heading there too so safe as houses.
