doggybag For a long time time many european countries were blessed with that ridiculous 'prioritie a droit' rule. It didn't matter whether you were on a round-a-bout or a main road, you had to give way to anything coming from the right, from side roads, driveways, carparks, lay-bys whatever. Absolute madness. Fortunately they've abandoned that rule now, although older folk out in the sticks seem blissfully unaware of any change.
Amsterdam is and has always been madness. Bikes (push and motor), cars, buses, trucks, electric fucking scooters, tuk-tuks, taxis, and trams all out to mangle any unaware pedestrian, not helped by the number of floaty people.
