Anchor ooh, but the Citra hop gives the best beers. Like an Opal Fruit.

Fresh hopped beer release used to be one of the best events of the year for me. Freshly cut hops are thrown in to the beer, and in mid -September... those beers just shine. You'd get giddy / baz around trying to find the newest / most 'juicy'. Like beaujolais, i guess?
