BobbyDavros Everyone is dry hopping Citra now - and not using fresh citra. It's all processed/dried "P90" pellets. Over the last decade hop growers have been ripping up established hops and planting citra to cope with the demand.

I'm bored with citra. It overrides any of the subtleties that the original bavarian strains from whence it came.

Yeah, this was fresh hops, cut and poured in, in the same day. And not just Citra. Was the mosaic, and a few breweries I knew were working with the farming program at Oreon State University to grow new / sustainable varietels.

Very interesting stuff, but by no means an expert.

I went here. It's near where I live and I've been avoiding it really. I spent over £40 on five drinks.
