Nothing like a decent IPA, a good Cloudwater or Verdant is perfect if that's what I'm after. But a decent fruit gose or sour can be just as good. Same with some stouts. Flavours can add a lot to the drink. Some hit, some miss. Dull world if we didn't try new stuff.
