Reggie_Perrin possibly. He has the technique and such like, but doesn't seem to have 'it'. Seems to be playing at half speed, not fully committed and get caught out trying to play from daft positions. You can tell that he's been drilled within an inch of his life at the soccer school level, but seems not to understand the game.
He's best suited as the central CB in a 3, with pace, nastiness & defensive cuteness either side, or as a deep lying defensive midfielder, with metronomic passing short passing, with the talent around him.
