One thing I think of him is that he isn't a bullshitter. Sure he has to toe the line for the chairman but I don't think he's ever one to try and mislead the fans in that way.
So can we salivate with anticipation at the impending arrival of high quality players then? Who might we see coming in? We've already seen younger players move about but are we talkign seasoned pro's who are just out of favour dropping down where they might once have moved to another prem side?
25 with 7 home grown lads included is quite restrictive for some.
i'm not exactly ecstatic at the transfer activity so far, i can't deny it, but there could be some q prominent names not in their Prem boss's 25 who will want a move - basically any club with a big squad will suddenly have some players wanting to move so as to get a game (some won't give a shit though as long as they're paid which is why, even though he's considered a c*nt by some, I quite like Bellamy). i think Clayton will be one of them and Man City are going to be getting rid of a few.
