CharlieG YoungParisian_inExile You need a CB/DM and LB that is quick and can tackle. The aforementioned fall down on one or both of those attributes. The rest of the list is grand, however.

Foxy_Dread Jon I think, so this is tentative.... 100m. im guessing this estimated 100m is built around an assumed typical four year contract. If we give them 8 years and the Chelsea loophole hasn't been closed then 200m.
EEPW Jon 100m assumes no outgoings as its a net spend. Plus 100 mill goes a hell of a long way in regards to PSR. a 20 million player with payments spread over 4 years would only impact PSR this year by 5 mill. in effect we could spend up to 400 million ( we wont obvs) and still be within PSR rules this year. we would be fucked for buying players for the next 4 years though! i reckon we will spend between 100 and 150 this year depending on outgoings.

oneallanclarke CharlieG I’ve seen some articles in the last few days stating that if we were to sign anyone before June 30th (i.e. in the current window) it’d be worse for us financially than if we waited until the window proper opens as that coincides with a new PSR year
Raposa oneallanclarke Got told the same last week. July 3rd was mentioned and apparently a couple of deals have been agreed. Could be bollocks of course as I don’t really understand this PSR thing, more so when a club with the biggest debt in British football are agreeing deals of plus 60m for new signings left right and centre.
