They've made what seem to be some sensible signings but there's no doubting they've rolled the dice on actually scoring a goal or two.

Dunno what all the hair shirt is about. Leeds INC are gash at transfer deals and gash at bringing young talent thru from the academy. Maybe they need to have a look in the mirror and get some people in who actually know how to manage a football club.
They'll survive this season and go on but they really need to start bringing young talent thru. It's a fucking disgrace how they've handled the wains thus far.

This isn't anti Farke but I don't think he is the best at setting a superior team to breakdown inferior opposition, obviously that refers to Farke in the Championship. I have found Leeds a dull watch over the last couple of seasons.

So, hopefully (and he probably is) Farke is hoping to hit teams on the break this season (keeping DJ may yet make sense). So then, Farke is thinking we can counter this year, and we probably can, at least away from home. Away to Arsenal, not a team who are mugs for a counter attack, zilch. Let see what happens at Fulham.

We have players who can score goals, Fulham will be a big indicator, they will look to boss the game. They are decent but not great, let's see what joy we have against them before wetting ourselves.

We did have a good young centre forward who showed a lot of potential and in my humble, for what it's worth, really wasn't give a decent run. Scoring 2 against Chelsea and being dropped for the next game was harsh.
We also traded in a decent CF, if a little old, who loved the club i guess because he's injury prone and doesnt score much for a 4 year younger model, who errrrrrrrrrrrr.... is injury prone and doesn't score a lot.

Get yer money on Bogle being top scorer.

@Foxy_Dread ... Completely surpirsed that anyone would want shot of DJ. For me one of our top players over the past 2 years. Works hard, great attitude, links well with Bogle and his speed is deffo a plus if we do hit on the counter.

I’ll take dull this season though for obvious reasons.

Some decent signings this summer but Farke has been badly let down given that a marquee signing up top was a priority.

He'll grind us through the next sixteen ugly games and if he's still around on January 1st then we'll look to recruit again. I hope to fuck our targets are in place and deals are being struck by then.

If anything this should get the fans behind Farke who's onto a hiding to nothing.

Yes, except he seems to be behind the decisions to get rid of Bamford and ship off Ramazani. The lack of recruitment seems to be the responsibility of this Underwood character and his team but Farke isn't entirely without blame for how lightweight our squad is

well that was underwhelming? why on earth we let largie go without a call back option or without getting a replacement in first is beyond me. Also Bamford. If we get an injury to any of our 3 strikers he would have been a decent back up. The owners deserve all the flack they are getting hamer or wilson could have been done days ago.

No point keeping Ramazani, Farke doesn't rate him. He has made that clear.

@YoungParisian_inExile I think DJ struggled against deep lieing solid defences last season, I don't expect him to thrive this year. He's not capable of beating a man at close quarters, he can only cut inside, after which once or twice he will fire one home. We are already seeing him struggle to have an impact. He isn't PL standard.
