Paul Green 29, Irish midfielder from Derby. Fcuked his knee last year and is out of contract. Played 125 games in 4 years for Derby, On reserve list for Euro 2012 for Ireland.

Anyone know if he's any good? Are Derby bothered that he's off or are they happy to free up the wages?

Pearce has been bigged up although I have to admit I have never heard of any of the players we are being linked with and other than the fact that all the Portsmouth ones have just been relegated and Diouf is a filthy spitting bastard I don't know anything about them.

Quite. Also we have Bromby and Kisnorbo apparently in Warniocks plans, although you ave to suispect that they are simply VERY cheeap squad fillers who, in Kis's case, we must be paying peanuts as he signed coming off the back of almost retiring.

I hope this Pearce is the player people say he is but the names bandied about are not filling me with confidence for next season. They just seem like we are getting allocated our share of nobody 2nd Division players. Slight improvement on Grayson as he just collected too many 3rd division players and serial loanees to replace the men he signed.

Justy better under Grayson but yeah, same players shitter under Colin. Maybe if Colin signs Div2 players then he may not need to replace them with loanees though.

Warnock has praised him, according to Sky :lol: I actually would get slightly excited if it was Scholes being linked to us. I don't think Owen's finished but my money would be on one of the dafter clubs in the Champ getting him - if he drops down a division - like Leicester, Boro or Blackburn even.

Oh for the Robert Flecks of this world who said he'd walk over broken glass to play for us! Didn't though did he :D
