Smoked streaky bacon cooked until it's crispy. Leave it to stand while you cut two pieces of fresh soft crusty bread about 3 quarters of an inch thick. Lighty butter said bread and then put the now just warm bacon in.Serve with a big mug of strong milky tea.I can't wait until tomorrow morning now.
