It was white and blue I think. Big RIBBLE stickers on it though. I gurss if it was cracked it was too far gone but I would have liked to have had a look at it.

Has anyone ever had any experience with a turbo, and knocking their gears out?It's really working with the training, but I have got the feeling that the wheel isn't sitting in the turbo right, so it is stretching my chain and or twisting the dueralier?

Me. Trying to work out how I can record my spin bike sessions on it. I know some who use it with turbo trainers but not sure I'd use it on a spin.Good little tool for seeing what progress you make. I use a couple of climbs and descents as guides to how much I've improved. Won't ever trouble the KOMs mind.

No call for mountain bikers!Was on the pre-register thing for the team presentation but at £45-85 a ticket they can go fuck themselves. All getting a bit 'golden circle' as I thought it would. Limiting crowds on climbs etc

I love Strava for the motivational side of things, "fuck he was out on his bike yesterday I best get out tonight". I think it's LBB I follow on it from here, he pisses me off though, far too good :D
