That's some hedge. Have you been on an indoor simulator over the winter?

Tried to get out last night despite my man-flu. Big mistake, felt shocking. Still, out Monday again and should feel better by then.Been exploring Elland and Rastrick Woods. There are so many trails in there.

And great forks. Blokes on Orange Riders rave about the Crush.[/quote]This was advertised on there as well. Bloke selling had reduced it to £900 from £1000. I managed to get a little more off too so well pleased. My brother is looking at it/picking it up from Leeds tonight for me - then i need to get up north and actually see it in real lifeMight even take it for a ride around Hartshead/Clifton way if I get chance before bringing it back to the Fearne Cotton flat south

"..........and simply remove the non_drive side crank arm bolt/bottom bracket cups" What's this "simply", Daniel from Art's Cyclery, you smug, camp cunt? How about speaking to the Tosser that installed the fucking things and tell them to use a torque wrench, properly and not have Fat Geoff jump on an extension bar until the threads are rock solid??Rant over, I thank you.

Sounds like you're being a little hard on yourself mateThe heat alone would have been enough to knack you let alone the fact you'd been unwell for a while and hadn't been on the bike for a few weeksDid you pack enough food/drink to get you through? You're experienced enough to know that'll kill you if you didn't - the heat as it is now means twice as much liquid is needed and the salts need replacing. Did you get cramps at all???BTW - the lad with you. I know you're tall so he must be another Bromdignag dweller........?
