Flaneur I think the first album had an energy and purpose that all good albums do. They're then faced with evolving and growing as a band or banging out a few albums of the same style of music. Their first album had the same spikiness of The Libertines, The Undertones, etc. I don't like what they've turned into, and it smacks of over estimation of talent, powder and too much leeway with the record label.
