Precinct_Boy I don't know what a good average is as I've never done it before. Furthest I've ever run in one session. Being 56 and fairly new to this running lark, I struggle to compare how I'm doing to anyone else, or averages for my age. All I do is, like Leeds, give it a go a couple of times a week and see what happens. The thing I 'enjoy' most, is the speed with which I get my breath back to normal and my heart rate stabilises once I've stopped. Currently, it's around 20 seconds. Amazing.
