Jon No not seen that. Looks interesting. Just remembered that in Lyon we went to a restaurant and one mate tried to show off by ordering a local delicacy in French and he was served pigs trotters which were largely inedible. I played it safe with the poulet which was delicious.
I'm gonna watch the Bourdain Quebec episode . I remember thinking that the Myamar one was fascinating and the Tokyo one ace. The one in Scotland was a bit disappointing because he went to a chippy and got cheese on his chips. I was thinking get the haddock mate FFS.
Yeah he was ace. Kitchen Confidential is a great read.
