I was making a documentary about disaffected yoof in Northern Ireland ( judging by the hairstyles, flares and jumpers with stars on, I'm guessing it was sometime in the 70's). They were a wary lot but as soon as I said that I was going back home, that evening, to watch Leeds play Arsenal they treated me as one of their own. Never got to see the game as I woke up, at that point.

Dreamt that Leeds had re-signed Ian Snodin for the new season. As there were few YouTube clips of him playing they'd based his ability to still do a job on people sending in scrap books of newspaper cuttings of old match reports. Good luck Ian.

Had a weird one at the weekend. Was talking to my dad in a pub and he was saying with the advances in oncology he would probably live longer today. Then I asked him how he was and he dropped his voice to just above a whisper and said he was a bit bored. I thought I'd not heard him properly so asked again and he looked around him then said "I probably shouldn't say this but its just a bit boring here". Then I woke up.

fuzzy I had one of those just after my Dad died. I was at a party and I spotted him across the room. He looked just like he did in his 30's. I went over and said to him, Dad, I thought you were dead? I am, he said, this is the only way I can talk to you now. I asked him what it was like being dead and he said "I wouldn't get too excited about it ... "

Dreamt that I'd won a car in a competition but instead of jsut getting the car I got the clues of a massive treasure hunt and I had to drive around the country to find where the car was hidden. I stopped off at my Mums house and her garden was full of giant sheep that she'd inherited from a distant relative. I carried on driving doing the treaure hunt thing and someone reversed into my car who turned out to be a hitman and I chased him off with an iron bar that I then used to open the petrol cap of his car before I torched it. I looked for him in a pub that was neaby but he wasn't there.

Cooley Her back is getting gradually better thanks. It's been fragile all year (nowhere near as bad as last year) but pilates and physio is slowly starting to reap rewards. She's even started running again. My sleep is fine. I sleep like a log when I don't drink through the week. It's patchy at weekends and I sometimes swerve the beers because I'd rather have a good kip. Thanks for asking. Hope you and the Mrs are good mate 👍
