A lot of how Rutter has shined last season is upto himself, and of course Farke's coaching team. I don't think anyone thought he was shit, but the 35mil (or 28) on him could have and should have been channeled into other needs at the time.
Should Rutter go? Looking at the pecking order over there in Brighton, he might not even make the bench. Kalvin Phillips stayed instead of going to Aston Villa.
I think if Struijk goes, that will be tough, Ampadu will partner Rodon at CB, and we'll end up like last season after Struijk gone injured.
Hell, even Farke might resign!
