Pearce, Dury, Green and Kenny are decent signings in my book.

Stephen Fry just tweeted - A sad and fond farewell to Adam Drury - a loyal and gifted servant to @NorwichCityFC for 11 years. He’s off to Leeds.Loads of other Nawrich claiming we've bagged a good player..
So good be played in less that half the league games in their promotion season and 13 games last season.....the two best NCFC seasons in years...
Yes, he's nearing the end of his career, but you have acquired a fine player imho. Reliable, good tackler, comfortable on the ball, able to go forward. I rarely saw him have an off day for us.While you're at it, why not get Colin to go in for Zak Whitbread? He's looking for another club. But you might have to pay his speeding tickets too. Before you all die laughing, Stephen Fry is no prawn-sandwich pretender--he grew up in Booton, a small village about 15 miles north of Norwich. Other than he, this tiny place has produced two literary vicars, one 19th-century, the other in the 1960s. Believe me, this stuff is true :)

Sounds like Booton until the fourth line. Then it sounds like a film with Ray Winstone in it.The Victorian author-vicar of Booton also designed the rebuilt church, interior bits of which look like part of an Addams Family set. The 60s poet-vicar was an eccentric character known occasionally to swear like a trooper.

I'm one of those saddoes who thinks Stephen Fry is ace, without caring who or what he puts up his bum or where he decides to insert his todger, as long as it's nowhere near me of course.

Pip said "why not get Colin to go in for Zak Whitbread?" Now that I would like...not the worlds greatest defender but if we are shopping in the bargin basement still Whitbread makes more sense than another 33 year old.
